We collect information about you when you register for our newsletter or join Social Value UK as a member. We also collect information when you apply to go on our training courses, apply to use our assurance services or voluntarily complete our surveys. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

How will we use the information about you?

We collect information about you to provide services to you. The way we use your information will depend on which of our services you use. Social Value UK will never share your information with any third parties.

Newsletter subscribers

We will use your information to send you the Social Value UK email newsletter and, if you agree, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you. You can opt out of these emails at any time.

Members

We use your information to send you information about member benefits. You can opt out of these communications at any time by emailing info@socailvalueuk.org. However, if you do so you may miss out on some of our membership benefits and services. As a member you will also be sent our monthly newsletter and, if you agree, emails about other products and services we think may be of interest to you. You can opt out of these emails at any time.

Training attendees

We will use your information to provide information about the training course you are booked to attend.

Assurance service users

We will use your information to process your assurance application and to update you on the progress of your application.

Marketing

We would like to send you information about products and services of ours and which may be of interest to you. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.

Access to your information and correction
