Richard Kennedy

Richard is currently co-chair of Social Value International and an Affiliate Partner and Business Humanizer at Innate Motion. He works with the world’s largest businesses and brands to help them humanize their consumer approach and to prototype social businesses. Previously Richard was MD of FINCA UK part of one of the world’s largest microfinance social enterprises. Before this he worked in the fields of social investment, capacity building and impact measurement at the Young Foundation and CAN. He has an MBA from the University of Cape Town and London Business School where he specialised in social enterprise, finance and organisational behaviour.
